V-Bank HEPA filters use a diameter of 0.1um~5um super fine Glass fibre for media , that ensure the filters has lower pressure drop , more dust holding and longer service life ;The fine fiberglass media pleated to some media packs,then several media packs and frame form a“V”shape filter .The number of the“V”shape deter-mines the filter’s media area so that it influence on filter service life and pressure drop.
V-Bank HEPA filters usually use ABS for filter frame , that was easy to disposed by incineration.Galvanized sheet,Stainless steel are available,All kinds of frames can meet the needs of different situation.
TESTING
Each V-shaped HEPA filter undergoes rigorous performance testing and packaging according to the US standard IEST-RP-CC001.6 (HEPA and ULPA filters) to ensure initial efficiency and structural integrity. Furthermore, its filtration efficiency and leak-free performance are fully verified in accordance with the European standard EN 1822-1:2019 (based on the Most Penetrating Particle Size (MPPS) scanning test method), ensuring it meets designated ratings such as H13 (efficiency ≥ 99.95%) or H14 (efficiency ≥ 99.995%).
Furthermore, due to its unique V-shaped structure, we conduct additional resistance-to-airflow characteristic testing at rated airflow and dust holding capacity evaluation to verify its advantages of lower pressure drop, larger filtration area, and longer service life compared to flat-plate filters.
